Mammal Highlights of Iwokrama

The Iwokrama Forest is an excellent example of robust, relatively undisturbed lowland tropical forest with many endangered large to medium sized mammals such as Jaguars, several species of monkeys, Giant Armadillos, and Giant Otters - all rare or absent in disturbed forests.
