1 March 2004: THE WHOLE SITE (of course!)

The entire Iwokrama community of volunteers, staff, donors and other partners are very excited to share with you a new version and a new vision of www.iwokrama.org!

Iwokrama International Centre has changed significantly since we first launched www.iwokrama.org... new headquarters location (still in Georgetown )... new Board members and senior staff... new partners... new business developments... new research... and more!.

The old version of www.iwokrama.org no longer reflected our now maturing organisation. We hope that by visiting our site regularly, you will have a better understanding of what Iwokrama International Centre is all about.

This web site will be a living, interactive tool to share our great news, progress, partners and references with Guyana and the world. You will notice throughout these pages many links to both Iwokrama pages and web sites of related organisations. We will strive to always be adding and updating our content to provide you with the latest information on the Forest, People, Business and Research of Iwokrama.

As always - Iwokrama is about partnerships. Therefore, we welcome all your comments about www.iwokrama.org. Let us know what you think!
